Refund Policies
CLEMDE®
RETURNS:
Customers have 30 days to request a return. After that time, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, and you must notify us in advance of the return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt of payment or proof that the purchase was made directly with or at Clemde.
Please do not send your return purchase to the courier service. First, you must write an email specifying the problem with your product and resolve it by phone directly with an advisor to verify that the return is feasible.
There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after shipment.
Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (where applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. It often takes some time before your refund is posted.

Sale items (where applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (where applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer to give to you later, we will send a refund to the buyer and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: FORTUNA 136, GUSTAVO A. MADERO, CDMX, 07800, Mexico.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping a product worth more than $75, you should consider using a trackable or insured shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
